Christmas in July #1!

Hi everyone!

Well, here we are ~ the first “Christmas in July” post! Today I want to share with you this warm and wooly felted snowman ornament made using a technique called needle felting. He is covered with 100% wool roving, stands 5 1/2″ tall {from the base to the top of his jingle bell trimmed hat} and is sprinkled with fine glitter. His wool scarf can be done in an assortment of colors and he can also be “primmed” up using a coffee stain and a light dusting of cinnamon.

An assortment of these guys, as well as snowman plant pokes, will be available at the beginning of November at Sparkling Dahlia in Carstairs or by contacting me directly anytime before then.

*There will be a post letting you know when these are in the store.

Check back each week in July for a new “Christmas in July” project. After all, it’s never to early to start getting ready for the busy upcoming holiday season!

Until next time,

Erin
